Biography
With slick production, commercially minded songcraft, and a tabloid-grabbing bassist, Chicago's Fall Out Boy (formed in 2001) consists of Vocalist/guitarist Patrick Stump, bassist/lyricist Pete Wentz, drummer Andrew Hurley, and guitarist Joe Trohman.

For all their success, the band members have stayed true to their roots; not in the sense that they haven't changed, but in the sense that they're making music they love to hear and aren't changing to appease the tides of trend.

I was fortunate enough to catch them on a rather dark night at the Brixton Academy, fitting, as their latest album 'Infinity on High' has a nocturnal vibe to it - one that the band clearly were conscious of. "The ideal presentation for this album would be for someone to buy it, take it home and listen to it in the dark," Wentz says.
